Been a tad quiet in here recently - me included - so I had a thought (which has probably been done a million times before - but hey Im still fairly new!!!)
Lets think of who, on TV, Film or in ur real life, have overcome the evil clown!
My first thought is Xander in Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 1 - the one when all the nightmares came true - big freaky white n black facedc clown - a-chasing him down the hall with an insanely annoying giggle goin on - then he truned to it and Smacked in the mooth n KO'd it! Hurrah for Xander!
C'Mon folks, lets get those creative clown killin juices flowin'!!

scooby doo and the mystery machine gang found out that the evil clown was really mr. peters. who would have gotten away with it too, if it hadn't been for those meddlin' kids.

My next thought is when Mr. Friend/Fiend gets blown to bits in the Rugrats....but then I think one of the evil little flargenbaskets survives with Angelica didnt it? Orrible creepy little thing - imagine giving that 2 ur kids - suppose it ensures Rodneys got future customers to look forward to?!?!

In star trek:voyager--michael mcKeon (lenny on laverne and shirley) played an evil clowns whose weird and sickening carnival full of painted midgets and macots played upon the fears, tormented and harmed a group of people in suspended animation.
The crew destroyed him ina very similar manner that rodney and twaml and mfu fight the evil clowns on this board--thru a clever combination of holograph tricks and computer wizardry--one by one they made his minions fade into nothingness
Till there was only him and his seconds were numbered. Before he faded into nothingness he said,"I'm afraid!"
The captain said (with satisfaction) "I know!" Then darkness.
To CAF--there is no better revenge on that type of evil clown than to use all the knowledge learned from them to help their competitors--keep it up

That was one of my fav episodes ever. And one of my most feared - my other big fear is computers becoming self aware - and thats exactly wot had happened there - and to choose a clown as its form was just beyond evil! Couldnt help but feel slightly sorry for him when he uttered "I'm afraid.." before vanishing! Nice one RB.

to lordimmunitas--you are really brave if you were able to watch it--the freaky carnival background with streamers,confetti,midgets..er um I mean little people, and diabolical furry things was overwhelming...I did not feel sorry for the evil freak whatsoever,he had k!lled several people.
I agree a favorite cause it validates phobias, especially coulraphobia
