The reason I hate those poofy headed, multicolored creatures

the reason that i hate clowns is because *shudder* well, ill tell you the whole story:
one day,(well, afternoony- evening, really,) one of those traveling carnivals came to my town and there was this really big ride inside, so I grabbed 10$ and ran inside. (I was by myself, of course, and I was 11) (I should stop inturrupting myself) I started walking up to the ride and this multicolored being was up ahead. I had seen these creatures before so I thought that it was no big deal. If I don't bother them, they won't bother me. Or so I thought.

Some of the fellow IHC folks have heard this story, but my journey into clown phobia began at a very early age. During the holiday season the entire family was gathered at my paternal grandmothers. All the children were in a large upstairs bedroom. An older cousin tormented me throughout the night with a stuffed clown doll. Now any comfortation with a clown can quickly erupt into a scene (fight, a$$ whipping) regardless of the location.
