I was watching a rerun of ER tonight (episode: Thy Will Be Done from Season 7) and in one of the opening scenes they bring a clown in on a gourney.
One of the doctors calls someone else to treat the clown because he's afraid of clowns.
They ended up not being able to save the clown, and Abby, one of the doctors, quipps to another doctor (Dr. Carter):
"No one should be alone after killing a clown".
